How long do battery-powered shades last on a charge?
Our lithium-ion battery motors typically last 6 to 12 months per charge, depending on how often you use them. Recharging is a simple plug-in, with no battery replacement needed.
Can I control my shades if the Wi-Fi goes down?
Yes. Handheld remotes talk to the motors directly by radio, so they keep working without internet. Wi-Fi is only needed for app and voice control.
