User Data Deletion

ShadeoTech Inc. (“ShadeoTech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your right to control your personal information. This page explains how to request deletion of the personal data we hold about you, including any data we received when you used a third-party login such as “Log in with Facebook.” For more on how we handle information, see our Privacy Policy.
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, send an email to info@shadeotech.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Please include:
- The full name associated with your account or order;
- The email address and/or phone number you used with us; and
- If applicable, the Facebook account or login you used to access our Services.
We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request, to protect your account and prevent unauthorized deletion.
Removing Our App From Facebook
If you logged in using Facebook, you can also disconnect our app at any time from your Facebook account:
- Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings on Facebook.
- Select Apps and Websites.
- Find ShadeoTech in the list and remove it.
Removing the app stops further data sharing from Facebook. To also delete the data we already hold, please submit a deletion request as described above.
What Happens After You Request Deletion
Once we verify your request, we will delete or de-identify the personal data we hold about you, typically within 30 days, except for information we are required or permitted to retain by law. We may keep limited records where necessary to:
- Comply with our legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations;
- Complete or service an active or recent order;
- Resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or address fraud or security issues.
We will retain such information only as long as needed for those purposes, after which it will be deleted or de-identified.
