Can you provide submittals, spec sheets, and CAD files?
Yes. We provide manufacturer cut sheets, fabric samples, NFPA 701 certificates, GreenGuard Gold documentation, BIM/CAD files, and bid-ready proposals. Send drawings to info@shadeotech.com and we'll return a full submittal package, typically within 3–5 business days.
Do you integrate with Crestron, Control4, Lutron, or BMS systems?
Yes. We support dry-contact closure for any BMS, plus native integration with Crestron, Control4, Savant, Lutron QS/RA2, and Matter-based platforms. We coordinate directly with your AV integrator to ensure proper handshaking and scene programming.
What's your lead time on commercial orders?
Standard projects ship 2–4 weeks from approved submittals. Large projects (200+ shades) typically run 6–8 weeks with phased delivery. Rush production is available — call us with your timeline and we'll work backwards from your install date.
Can you handle occupied-space installs?
Yes. We routinely handle multi-family turnovers, hotel renovations, and operating offices. After-hours, weekend, and phased installations are available. Our in-house team minimizes disruption and cleans up daily.
Do you offer GC pricing or designer trade pricing?
Yes. We offer dedicated trade pricing for licensed GCs, architects, interior designers, and property management firms. Contact us to set up a trade account and receive your pricing schedule.
What's the warranty on commercial installations?
Fabrics carry a manufacturer warranty against defects. Commercial motors are warranted for 5 years against mechanical failure. Installation workmanship is warranted for 2 years. Extended service contracts are available for hospitality and multi-family clients.
Do you serve outside DFW?
Our install team serves all of DFW and surrounding North Texas. For projects in Austin, Houston, San Antonio, or out-of-state, we can manufacture and ship — your local installer can handle the install, or we'll coordinate one for you.
